Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Chikankari Love, every product is handcrafted with great care. We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return, exchange, and refund policy below.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on eligible products within 10 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
Unaltered
Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or damage
Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

You may exchange your product for:

A different size (subject to availability), or
Another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, will be payable by the customer).

Exchange Not Available For

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

Sale or discounted products
Jewellery
Accessories
Gift cards (if applicable)
International orders

Each order is eligible for only one exchange.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
Unaltered
Undamaged
Returned with original tags and packaging

After the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued through:

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned item passes our quality inspection.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product supplied by us.

Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate your request, please provide:

Order number
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
An unboxing/opening video showing the condition of the parcel

Please retain all original packaging until your request has been resolved.

If the shipping package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us immediately.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or discounted products
Jewellery
Accessories
Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
International orders

These items are considered final sale.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

International Orders

At present, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for international orders, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws or if an incorrect or defective item has been delivered.
